Adjusting the planning of Yen Phong II-A Industrial Park

The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued a Decision approving the Project to adjust the detailed construction planning of Yen Phong II-A Industrial Park (IP) to optimize land use, upgrade infrastructure and improve traffic.

Yen Phong II-A Industrial Park has an area of ​​over 151 hectares, located in Tam Giang and Hoa Tien communes (Yen Phong district), invested by Western Pacific Infrastructure Joint Stock Company with a total capital of over VND 1,830 billion. The industrial park will operate for 50 years from the date of the investment policy decision. According to the new planning, the Dong village cemetery will be relocated to the South according to the wishes of the people. At the same time, residential roads will be added, connecting with the industrial park's traffic system to serve the travel needs of Hoa Tien commune residents. The traffic system in the southwest of the industrial park, previously a dead-end road, will be reorganized into a closed route. In addition to traffic, technical infrastructure items have also been significantly upgraded. Water supply and wastewater treatment capacity has been adjusted to meet the increasing needs of businesses. In addition, parking lots are re-planned, power supply, drainage and communication systems are also adjusted to ensure synchronization and modernity. Ground elevation and surface drainage systems are re-planned to increase land use efficiency. The planning adjustment not only optimizes land use efficiency but also enhances investment attraction, creating a modern and sustainable production environment.
