Compared to 16 other grassroots Party cells under the Ai Nghia Town Party Committee, the Hoa Dong District Party Cell has the largest number of Party members. Among the Party members attending the congress, the oldest Party member is 81 years old, and the Party member with the highest Party age is 55 years old.

In the 2025 - 2027 term, the Party cell aims to achieve a total economic development value of 101 billion VND/year; the neighborhood meets district-level cultural standards; there are no more poor households. Hoa Dong area strives to achieve 100% of young people registering at the age of 17 and undergoing military service examination.

According to Mr. Hua Van Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ai Nghia town, as of December 15, the town Party Committee had 12/17 affiliated Party cells successfully organize congresses. The Party Committee has directed the remaining 5 grassroots Party cells to complete the congresses on December 21 and 22. It is expected that in early April 2025, the 15th Congress of the Party Committee of Ai Nghia town (term 2025 - 2030) will officially take place.
