The first Party cell congress in Ha Long city

On December 24, the Don Dien Ward Party Cell under the Ha Khau Ward Party Committee, Ha Long City, successfully held its Congress for the 2025-2027 term. This is the cell chosen by the Ha Khau Ward Party Committee as a model congress to draw experience for the congresses of the cells under the Ward Party Committee.

During the past term, the Party Cell has united, unified in leadership, direction and effective management of Party building work and completed the programs, plans and political tasks set out in the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress for the 2022-2025 term. 95% of Party members in the Party Cell have been thoroughly informed and implemented resolutions at all levels. Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has always been associated with political tasks in the neighborhood through many patriotic emulation movements, models and creative and proactive ways of doing things.

All types of funds and other revenues assigned by the ward have met and exceeded the assigned targets every year; social security work, gratitude, and care for disadvantaged households have always been given attention and implemented regularly; 100% of the annual military recruitment targets have been completed. The Front Work Committee and its branches and organizations have been annually classified as having completed their tasks well or better; outstanding models and works of the Projects: "Ha Long - City of Flowers", "Ha Long - City of Festivals" have been implemented.

At the Congress, Party members contributed their opinions, focusing on suggestions to overcome limitations, build a clean and strong Party cell, and excellently complete tasks; build a cultural family, a cultural neighborhood and meet urban civilized standards; and ensure security and order, and prevent crimes in the area.

In the spirit of solidarity and democracy, the Congress elected the Party Cell Executive Committee for the 2025-2027 term, elected the positions of Party Cell Secretary and Deputy Party Cell Secretary for the 2025-2027 term. Comrade Tran Van Toan continued to be re-elected as Party Cell Secretary. The Congress also elected a delegation to attend the Ward Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
