The "Homeland" culinary festival has 17 food stalls combined with supporting activities such as: Music program, cheerleading, introducing the typical culinary culture of Dong Hoi City, specialties of regions in the province and neighboring provinces with dishes made from seafood, porridge, vermicelli, cakes... with ingredients that ensure food hygiene and safety, fresh and clean, committed by the participating stall owners.

With careful preparation, the expectation of the people is the traditional boat race of Dong Hoi city in 2025 on Nhat Le river taking place on the morning of April 30 with the participation of the communes and wards: Dong Hai, Phu Hai, Hai Thanh, Quang Phu, Bao Ninh.

“Dong Hoi Culture-Tourism Week takes place from April 27 to May 3, 2025 with the following contents: Organizing a launching ceremony to clean up the marine environment associated with supporting activities to create images and spread to the community and tourists; cultural and artistic activities, sports, such as: Exhibition of ornamental plants and photos "Dong Hoi past and present"; street music; "Huong Que" culinary festival; traditional boat racing tournament of Dong Hoi city in 2025 on Nhat Le river; festival of clubs, teams, dance groups and art programs...

One of the localities with many advantages and high consensus of the people in the boat racing festival, this year, Bao Ninh participated in the festival with 4 boats from 4/8 villages of the commune: Dong Duong, Trung Binh, Ha Thon, Ha Trung, with the participation of 100 athletes who are swimmers who are attached to the sea profession.

“Still in high spirits and high spirits, the swimmers from Bao Ninh coastal commune are looking forward to the final day. Currently, preparations are being rushed, the athletes are “studying literature and practicing martial arts”, vowing to compete with all their might for the pride of their homeland and bringing joy and excitement to the audience when they come to visit, experience, and understand more about the beauty of the people of the coastal city.
