More than 3,200 commune-level officials and civil servants participate in training on 'digital literacy'

The conference was held directly at the Bien Hoa City Public Administration Service Center and online to 159 points of the People's Committees of communes, wards and towns in the province with the participation of more than 3,200 commune-level officials and civil servants.

At the conference, expert Tran Vu Nguyen (Bung Tran), founder of AI Education; the first official Vietnamese lecturer of Google for Education presented the following contents: overview of AI and applications in state management; application of AI in administrative management and public services; mastering AI tools, serving intelligently, improving work efficiency...

In particular, it focuses on introducing and guiding the effective and appropriate use of many AI applications such as: Chat GPT, Gemini, Notebook LM...; how to ask open questions, choose suitable utilities when using ChatGPT, Gemini; notes when applying AI to digital government activities...

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology Vo Hoang Khai shared that the conference is an opportunity to share basic knowledge about AI, guide how to use and exploit AI, and introduce practical applications in management and operation. Trainees will have the opportunity to practice and access AI tools to improve their application skills in professional work.

These are activities to deploy the Digital Literacy Program to localities in the province, gradually concretizing the action program, Plan No. 92/KH-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee on implementing Resolution No. 03/NQ-CP of the Government and Plan No. 433-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Committee on implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation in the province.
