On the morning of August 19, Hoai Duc district (Hanoi) organized an auction of the right to use 19 land plots in LK04 area, Long Khuc village, Tien Yen commune. The area of the land plots put up for auction ranges from 74m2 to 118m2. The starting price for the auction is 7.3 million/m2.

However, Mr. Giang said that the information he received showed that there were about 700 applications participating in the auction, so the possibility of winning would be very difficult.
Ms. Hung - an investor in Kim Chung (Hoai Duc) - was also present at 8am to complete the procedures at the auction room. Today, her family participated in the auction of 4 plots of land. If she wins any plot, she will want to sell it at a higher price. However, Ms. Hung stated that if she wins, the lowest price is about 70 million VND/m2.
Ms. Thuy - an investor from Ba Vi district (Hanoi) - said that today her family participated in the auction of 17 plots of land in the LK04 area. If she wins any plot, she will immediately find someone to sell it back for a higher price.
Sharing about today's land auction, a representative of the Hoai Duc District Land Fund Development Center said that the starting price of 7.3 million VND/m2 is determined according to the provisions of Decree 12, multiplying the adjustment coefficient by the price in the land price list. The starting price is the basis for determining the deposit.

According to this person, the Long Khuc village auction area, Tien Yen commune has 71 lots, the district divided into 3 auctions with the purpose of making adjustments while doing it if there are any inappropriate points, the first auction was 19 lots. Currently, there are 700 sets of documents with 400 customers participating.
On August 26, Hoai Duc district will continue to auction the land use rights for 20 plots of land (lots LK01 and LK02) belonging to the Technical Infrastructure project to auction land use rights in Tien Yen commune - Long Khuc field. The plots of land have an area of 89m2 to 145m2/plot with a starting price of 7.3 million VND/m2.
Previously, on August 10, Thanh Oai district (Hanoi) also successfully organized an auction of 68 land plots in Ngo Ba area, Thanh Than village, Thanh Cao commune (Thanh Oai, Hanoi). It is known that the auctioned land plots have areas from 60m2 to 85m2 with starting prices from 8.6 million VND/m2 to 12.5 million VND/m2.

The auction attracted 4,600 applications, but only 4,201 qualified applications from 1,545 people. Notably, at the end of the auction, the corner lot with the highest winning price was nearly 100.5 million VND/m2, 8 times higher than the starting price. The regular lots had winning prices of 63-80 million VND/m2, 5 to 6.4 times higher than the starting price.
Recently, many areas in the suburbs of Hanoi have organized auctions for land use rights. The winning prices of most plots of land were much higher than the starting prices.
