(Dan Tri) - KITA Group Corporation (KITA Group) - the project developer, in coordination with Hai Phong Sakura Golf Club Company Limited, held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Hai Phong Sakura Golf Club project.
Hai Phong Sakura Golf Club is located in Truong Thanh and An Tien communes with a scale of more than 82 hectares and a total investment of VND 2,271 billion. Hai Phong Sakura Golf project is one of the 5 large-scale investment projects that are being promoted in 2025 by Hai Phong city.
Other projects include investment in the construction of the T2 passenger terminal of Cat Bi International Airport with a total investment of more than VND2,405 billion; construction of a new urban area in Duong Kinh and Kien Thuy districts with a capital of VND23,218 billion; investment in the construction of a 75-storey mixed-use project in the new urban area of Bac Song Cam with a capital of more than VND7,515 billion; investment in the construction and business of infrastructure of Tien Thanh industrial park with a capital of VND4,597 billion.
Hai Phong Sakura Golf Club is planned as a complex model, including an 18-hole international standard golf course; commercial buildings such as shophouses, semi-detached villas, single villas, resort apartments, hotels; modern technical infrastructure systems, green parks and unique landscapes.
After coming into operation, Hai Phong Sakura Golf Club will add to the system of standard golf courses in the city. Currently, Hai Phong has 4 international standard golf courses such as Vinpearl Golf Hai Phong, Sono Belle Hai Phong (Thuy Nguyen), BRG Ruby Tree (Do Son district) and Dragon Golf Links.
