There have been tense confrontations between the special forces of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine (GUR) and Russian Wagner mercenaries in Africa.

A report interviewing GUR soldiers was produced by French TV channel TF1 and immediately attracted great public attention after it was officially broadcast. According to Defense Express.
