The 2024 emulation movement recorded innovation with a focus on applying digital technology and artificial intelligence, thereby improving work efficiency. The commendation activities recognized hundreds of collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements, motivating units to constantly strive. Activities to support female workers continued to be focused on, from raising awareness of gender equality to health care and family life, helping women promote their roles in work and society.
Entering 2025, the union will continue to implement important resolutions of the Party and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, focusing on improving welfare and protecting the rights of workers. Digital transformation activities will be promoted to modernize organization and management methods. The emulation movement will focus on innovation and improving labor productivity, while activities to care for union members' lives will be expanded, bringing peace of mind and greater connection between workers and the union.
