On the morning of February 27, the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies held a conference to announce the Decision to establish the Party Cell of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee. Comrade Nguyen Minh Tien, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies attended and directed the conference. Also attending were Comrade Tran Thi Ngan, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; representatives of the leadership of the advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies, cadres and party members of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.
At the conference, representatives of the Party Committee's Organizing Committee of the provincial Party agencies announced the Decision of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies on the establishment of the Party Cell of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies appointing 4 comrades to participate in the Executive Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee. The Party Cell of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has 18 party members. Comrade Tran Thi Ngan, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee was appointed as Party Cell Secretary; Comrade Vu Hong Son, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, as Deputy Party Cell Secretary.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tien, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, congratulated the Party Cell and the comrades appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee for the 2020-2025 term. In order to well perform the functions and tasks of the Party Cell, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies requested the Party Cell Executive Committee to lead, direct, and immediately implement the tasks of the Party Cell according to Regulation No. 255-QD/TW of the Central Secretariat on the functions and tasks of the Party Committee and Party Cell at the agency or organization where the Party Delegation and Party Executive Committee end their activities.
Timely develop working regulations of the Party Committee, specifying the functions, tasks and powers in accordance with the actual situation of the unit according to Decision No. 256-QD/TW of the Secretariat on promulgating working regulations of Party Committees and grassroots Party cells in agencies and organizations where the Party delegation and Party executive committee end their activities; assign tasks to each comrade in the Party Cell Executive Committee. Develop the entire-term work program, the annual work program of the Party Cell; Working regulations and the entire-term and annual inspection and supervision program of the Party Cell. Well perform the responsibilities, tasks and leadership role of the Party Cell. Focus on preparing conditions for organizing the Party Cell Congress according to two contents and strive to complete before March 15, 2025.
