Announcement of Decision to appoint Provincial Inspector

On the morning of March 10, 2025, the Provincial Inspectorate held a conference to announce the Decision to appoint the Provincial Chief Inspector. Comrade Do Minh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended and delivered a speech assigning tasks. Attending the conference were leaders of relevant departments, branches and localities.

At the conference, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced the Decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of comrade Trinh Xuan Thuy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Yen Dinh District Party Committee to hold the position of Provincial Inspector.

Presenting the Decision, presenting flowers and congratulating comrade Trinh Xuan Thuy on his appointment as Chief Inspector of the province. Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Do Minh Tuan emphasized: this is an honor, as well as a particularly important responsibility that the Provincial Party Committee has trusted and assigned. At the same time, he acknowledged and highly appreciated the work process and important contributions of comrade Trinh Xuan Thuy in the past time; the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee believes that in his new position, comrade Trinh Xuan Thuy will continue to promote his capacity and strengths and, together with the collective leadership of the Provincial Inspectorate, lead the Thanh Hoa Inspectorate to continue to be an important arm of the Party and the Government in the cause of building and innovating the homeland and the country.

He emphasized: The Provincial Inspectorate is a specialized agency under the Provincial People's Committee, assisting the Provincial People's Committee in State management of: inspection work, citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement, and corruption and negativity prevention and control; performing inspection tasks within the scope of State management of the Provincial People's Committee; performing the tasks of citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement, and corruption and negativity prevention and control according to the provisions of law.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Do Minh Tuan suggested: Comrade Trinh Xuan Thuy, in his new position, needs to continue to promote his experience, capacity and courage, quickly integrate and grasp the situation of the Inspectorate; quickly approach the work, together with the Party Committee and leaders of the Provincial Inspectorate, unite, join hands, be unanimous, closely and resolutely lead and direct to advise the Provincial People's Committee to promptly and effectively implement the work areas according to the functions and tasks of the Inspectorate.

For the Party Committee and leaders of the Provincial Inspectorate, it is necessary to continue to maintain solidarity, unity, join hands and be unanimous, continue to promote intelligence, capacity, strengths and support comrade Trinh Xuan Thuy to effectively lead and direct the implementation of the political tasks of the Inspectorate.
