Specifically, the Vietnam Australia International High School (SIC) in Phu Nhuan District is an international high school model established by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and directly managed and directed by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training on the basis of training cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Training and the Western Australian government. The curriculum at the Vietnam Australia International High School is provided by the Western Australian Academic Council, except for subjects about Vietnam (Vietnamese language and literature, history, geography).
This school accepts applications from May to September. Admission requirements are: Good academic performance and conduct and meeting English proficiency requirements. SIC's tuition fee is 19.6 million VND/month, about 200 million VND/year.

Also part of the public school system, Vietnam-Finland International School (VFIS), affiliated with Ton Duc Thang University (District 7), offers bilingual and international programs.
According to the 10th grade enrollment quota table announced by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, in the 2023-2024 school year, this school will enroll 24 students. Admission requirements: For the international program, students participating in the admission exam will take an entrance exam in English. For the bilingual program, the entrance exam will be conducted in both English and Vietnamese.
VFIS's 10th grade tuition fee for the 2023-2024 school year is VND525 million/year for the international program and VND313 million/year for the bilingual program.
