Binh Dinh: 13 apartment and social housing projects not eligible for sale

According to an update from the Department of Construction of Binh Dinh province, as of September 2024, the province has 5 commercial housing apartment projects and 8 social housing projects that do not meet the conditions for future housing being put into business.

The Department of Construction of Binh Dinh province has just updated the list of urban area projects, commercial housing apartments and social housing in the province as of September 2024.

Accordingly, in terms of urban area projects, Binh Dinh province currently has 55 projects. Of which, Quy Nhon City leads with 17 projects; followed by An Nhon town with 14 projects; Nhon Hoi Economic Zone and Hoai Nhon town have 8 projects; Tuy Phuoc district has 4 projects; Tay Son and Phu My districts have 1 project.

Regarding commercial housing apartments, Binh Dinh currently has 15 projects that have been approved for investment policies and approved for investor selection results. Of these, 5 projects do not meet the requirements for future housing to be put into business.

These projects include 2 projects that have been approved for investment policy, including Apartment Building 08 Tran Binh Trong of Phu My - Quy Nhon Investment and Construction Company Limited; Quy Nhon Seaview Apartment Complex of HUD405 - Binh Dinh Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.

3 projects were recognized as winning bidders, including the mixed-use apartment building at lot B1-74 of An Phu Thinh New Urban Area of ​​Song Hong Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company; High-rise apartment building combined with commercial services 01 and resort area belonging to the remaining land area of ​​Diem Van Urban and Eco-tourism Project of Thanh Pho Real Estate Investment Company Limited; Commercial apartment building along Huynh Tan Phat Street of CNT Group Joint Stock Company.

Regarding social housing, Binh Dinh province has 20 projects, of which 8 projects do not meet the conditions for future housing to be put into business.

These projects include PISICO Social Housing Project of PISICO Binh Dinh Corporation - Joint Stock Company; Social housing area on the west side of Tran Nhan Tong Street of Tay Tran Nhan Tong Investment Company Limited; Social housing area in Area 01 of Phu My - Quy Nhon Construction Investment Company Limited; Social housing on Bong Son ward land of Hoai Huong Development Company Limited; Long Van Social Housing of LICOGI13 Thuan Phuoc Two-Member Company Limited; Van Phat Social Housing Area of ​​Van Phat Textile and Garment Trading Private Enterprise; Binh Dinh Maritime Social Housing of Binh Dinh Maritime Joint Stock Company; Phu Tai Loc Apartment Social Housing of Binh Dinh Industrial Construction Joint Stock Company.

Of the 12 social housing projects eligible for business, there are 2 projects that are partially eligible, including Ecohome Nhon Binh Social Housing Project of Ecohome Nhon Binh Company Limited, eligible for sale at Block 01, 02, 05; Nhon Phu 2 Social Housing Project of SOLRISE Nhon Phu Company Limited, eligible for sale at CTA3, CTA4 Apartment Buildings.

In September 2024, the Department of Construction of Binh Dinh province also announced receiving applications for purchasing social housing at 3 social housing projects all in Quy Nhon City.

Specifically, the Housing Project under the planning of Binh Dinh Trade Union Institutional Area, Phase 4 of IEC Construction and Mechanical Investment Joint Stock Company with the number of 150 apartments for sale (selling price of more than 12.5 million VND/m2); Nhon Phu 2 Social Housing Project, Phase 4 of SOLRISE Nhon Phu Company Limited with the number of 344 apartments (selling price of more than 11.9 million VND/m2); Ecohome Nhon Binh Social Housing Project, Phase 39 of Ecohome Nhon Binh Company Limited with the number of 14 apartments (selling price of more than 12 million VND/m2).
