Recently, CAHN Club and defender Jason Quang Vinh have carried out the necessary procedures to naturalize the player born in 1997 as a Vietnamese citizen. After a long process of coordination with all relevant units, on March 19, Quang Vinh officially received Vietnamese nationality, becoming a Vietnamese citizen. The defender born in 1997 has a new name, Cao Pendant Quang Vinh.

Sharing his feelings on the day he received Vietnamese citizenship, Cao Pendant Quang Vinh expressed his desire to soon contribute to the Vietnamese national team and contribute to the success of Vietnamese football.
Cao Pendant Quang Vinh was born in 1997, 1.77m tall, his father is French and his mother is Vietnamese. His best position is full-back. In the 2023-2024 season, Jason plays in Ligue 2 (France) for Quevilly Rouen Club and has 33 appearances (2,466 minutes of play), 2 assists.
In the 2024/2025 season, Cao Pendant Quang Vinh joined the CAHN Club. He quickly became one of the indispensable players of Coach Polking with 21 appearances this season. For the Vietnam National Team, this is good news because with Vietnamese nationality, Cao Pendant Quang Vinh can completely play for the "Golden Star Warriors" in his favorite position of left-back.
Currently, due to the long-term absence of Doan Van Hau, coach Kim Sang-sik is using 3 players to play as left-backs, including Khuat Van Khang, Nguyen Van Vi and Trieu Viet Hung. If Cao Pendant Quang Vinh is called up to the Vietnam national team, he can play and debut in the national team shirt in the match against Malaysia at Bukit Jalil Stadium next June, within the framework of the second round of the 2027 Asian Cup qualifiers.
