The program was organized by the Hanoi Women's Union in coordination with Hanoi Radio and Television on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the "Three Virtues" movement (March 1965 - March 2025). The program aims to recreate the heroic history of Vietnamese women during the years of resistance against the US to save the country, with the image of women with the qualities of "Heroic - Indomitable - Loyal - Virtuous". At the same time, it depicts the vitality of one of the most influential emulation movements of the 20th century.

Attending the program were Party Central Committee member, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Pham Tat Thang; President of the Vietnam Women's Union Nguyen Thi Tuyen; former Party Central Committee member, Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan, President of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education.
With delegates from Hanoi city; leaders and former leaders of some ministries, branches, Central Vietnam Women's Union; delegates leading the Party Committees of the City Party Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, departments, branches, socio-political organizations of the City; Former Chairmen of the Women's Union of Hanoi and Ha Tay province through the periods; delegates of union members and women in the Capital.
In particular, the program has the participation of women who are historical witnesses and who directly participated in the "Three Virtuous" women's movement during the resistance war against America to save the country.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Chairwoman of the Hanoi Women's Union Le Kim Anh expressed her pride that from 1965 to 1974, the "Three Virtues" movement in the whole North had 42 female heroes, 9 female hero units were honored; 1,718 women were awarded Uncle Ho badges, over 5,000 women were national emulation fighters, nearly 4 million members achieved the title of "Three Virtues" women.
Through the “Three Virtues” movement, Hanoi women, along with women and people in the North, have fulfilled their great rear duty to the Southern frontline, deserving the praise of President Ho Chi Minh: “Vietnamese women are brave and valorous in fighting the Americans to save the country”, contributing to the great victory of the Spring of 1975, liberating the South and unifying the country. 60 years have passed, but the mark of the “Three Virtues” movement is forever the pride of women, people in the Capital and the whole country”.
“The political art program “Forever the tradition of women with three responsibilities” is organized by Hanoi Radio and Television in collaboration with the Hanoi Women's Union to review the glorious and proud tradition of the women's movement and the whole nation during the years of resistance against the US, as a tribute to the grandmothers and mothers - the women of the capital "Three responsibilities" in the past, adding motivation for today's generations of women to constantly train, be brave, confident, aspire to contribute, join hands to build the capital and the country to develop strongly and prosperously in the new era of the nation", said the Chairwoman of the Hanoi Women's Union.

The art program consists of three main parts: Born in hardship, Strong influence and Continuing the tradition of the “Three Virtues” movement. Each part brings impressive performances, performed by veteran artists such as People's Artist Thanh Hoa, People's Artist Thanh Lam, People's Artist Pham Phuong Thao, Meritorious Artist Dang Duong, Duong Hoang Yen... Each song not only tells meaningful stories but also honors typical examples, praising the indomitable spirit of Vietnamese women.

Interspersed with performances, the program also brought meaningful exchanges between delegates, women's union members and historical witnesses who participated in the "Three Virtues" movement. Among them were Ms. Nguyen Thi Sang, former train captain, in charge of the "Three Virtues" train team in the railway industry; Ms. Le Thi Quynh - former President of the Women's Union of Trung Chau commune (Dan Phuong district); Colonel, doctor, People's Physician Nguyen Kim Nu Hieu - former Deputy Director of the 108 Central Military Hospital.

Throughout the program, the audience was immersed in heroic memories, deeply feeling the imprint of the traditional movement "Three Virtues". Through the stories and melodies that have gone through the years, the audience understood more about the image of women in the capital in particular, and Vietnamese women in general, who have promoted the spirit of volunteering to take care of all family matters; volunteering to replace men in production, social work, and encouraging relatives to go to war.
Now, “Three Virtues” is not only a movement of the past but also a motivation for today’s generations of women to constantly train, be brave, confident, have aspiration to contribute, and join hands to build the capital and the country to develop strongly and prosperously in the new era of the nation.
