On the evening of August 28, at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square, Phan Thiet City, an art program was held to celebrate Vietnam Sea and Island Week. The program was organized by the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, consisting of 2 parts.
In particular, in part 1 "Binh Thuan - Fairyland Destination" includes singing and dancing performances praising the culture of the sea, the land and people of Binh Thuan, warm and sincere. Thereby conveying the message that the children of Binh Thuan always have a steadfast spirit and constantly desire to build and develop their homeland. Wherever they are, whatever they do, they always carry the image and soul of the land of "blue sea, white sand, yellow sunshine" in every step of their lives. With innovation and creativity in economy, culture, society, tourism development, Binh Thuan province has left its mark in everyone's heart, contributing to making a beautiful and rich Vietnam.

The series of activities under the National Tourism Year 2023 event takes "Green Convergence" as the main theme, expressing the expectations of the tourism industry: Convergence, promotion and effective promotion, contributing to realizing the goal of making tourism a key economic sector of the country in general and Binh Thuan province in particular. In part 2 of "Binh Thuan - Green Convergence", there is the participation of Hai Phong puppetry troupes, Ninh Binh Provincial Cultural Center Artisan Troupe, Binh Dinh Provincial Cultural Center Artisan Troupe, Bac Giang Provincial Mass Art Troupe. Here, the artists brought unique folk art performances praising the love of homeland, country, family traditions, natural beauty, people and unique cultural features of each region such as Xam singing, Quan Ho folk songs, Bai Choi singing, puppetry... Thereby, generalizing the colorful picture of customs, exploiting the unique advantages of folk culture to serve local tourism development.
It is known that in the series of activities taking place from August 27 to September 3 of the Vietnam Sea and Island Exhibition and Binh Thuan Street Culture Week 2023, there are also other special art programs held on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street and Mui Ne Sand Dunes, such as the Street Festival "Colors of Binh Thuan"; cultural and artistic exchanges between provinces and cities; art programs to celebrate the 78th National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2023) and Street Culture Week; BINH THUAN street music - ROCKFEST.
