Accordingly, the art program with the theme "Binh Thuan - Aspiration to shine" continues with 3 chapters: Binh Thuan - Green Convergence; The moment of transferring the role of hosting the National Tourism Year 2024 to Dien Bien province; Aspiration to shine in the East Sea.
