President attends groundbreaking ceremony for construction of Tuyen Quang Provincial General Hospital

On the morning of September 24, at village 11 (Luong Vuong commune, Tuyen Quang city), the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province held a groundbreaking ceremony for the project to build the provincial General Hospital.
