Man Utd's third offer is a slight increase from the second bid, but has not satisfied Chelsea.
According to Sky Sports on June 24, Chelsea rejected Man Utd's $70 million offer for Mason Mount. The Stamford Bridge team asked for $74 million plus $9 million in additional fees.
