Me So Bridge – Infrastructure boost to increase value for Song Hong Diamond City

Me So Bridge, part of the Ring Road 4 project, is one of four major bridges that will cross the Red River, along with Thuong Cat, Van Phuc, and Hong Ha bridges. Me So Bridge is also the first bridge that will connect Hanoi and Hung Yen, bringing many strategic values to the region.

With a strong push from this traffic infrastructure, Song Hong Diamond City further affirms its unique position on the Northern real estate map.

Me So Bridge – Key urban development driving force

Currently, the movement between Hung Yen and Hanoi mainly takes place via Thanh Tri Bridge - Road 379 or Vinh Tuy Bridge, Chuong Duong. However, these bridges are overloaded. Old bridges built many years ago such as Chuong Duong Bridge are in a state of disrepair. At the end of May 2020, the Prime Minister agreed with the plan of the Hanoi People's Committee to build Me So Bridge across the Red River. This project is designed with a length of about 13.8 km, a width of 17 m and a total estimated cost of up to 4,881 billion VND.

Me So Bridge will open a new direction for vehicles from the center of Hanoi to Van Giang district and vice versa instead of going towards Thanh Tri bridge as before.

When completed, Me So Bridge will create a new route from the center of Hanoi to Van Giang district, Hung Yen province, replacing the current route via Thanh Tri bridge and Me So ferry, which takes a lot of effort and time to travel. This project also creates favorable conditions for connecting Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway with Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway, thereby reducing traffic pressure in the inner city and minimizing congestion.

In addition, Me So Bridge will open the door for strong development for the northern areas of Hung Yen province, especially real estate projects and industrial parks. Areas such as Yen My and Van Giang, which have been forming large-scale urban areas and developing industrial centers of the province, will now continue to attract investment thanks to convenient traffic connections, making this area a satellite city of Hanoi.

In particular, with its direct connection to Ring Road 4, Me So Bridge will play an important role in the economic and transport development strategy of the entire region, reducing logistics costs, facilitating trade, real estate development and expanding urban planning in the area.

According to the real estate market in the West of the Capital, when the construction of Ring Road 4 is ahead of schedule, localities along the route such as Hoai Duc, especially the areas of An Khanh, Song Phuong, Duc Thuong, Duong Lieu and Tien Yen have recorded an increase of up to 30% this year compared to 2023.

Experts believe that the Beltway 4 and Me So Bridge projects will attract a large number of residents and workers to live and work in the area, creating increased demand for housing and services. This opens up diverse investment opportunities for housing and commercial projects, from apartments and villas to commercial centers and offices. Real estate projects located along Beltway 4 or near major traffic intersections will benefit the most when this bridge and road route is completed.

Song Hong Diamond City project is located in the busiest location of Yen My district, Hung Yen and has been attracting great attention from investors thanks to its strategic location near large industrial parks. Roads 379 and 382 have now been expanded from 4 to 6 lanes, helping to enhance connectivity between the project and key areas such as Hanoi, large industrial parks, as well as neighboring provinces.

These are strategic routes connecting satellite urban areas and industrial parks, contributing to reducing traffic on old routes and increasing travel speed. Thanks to these routes, residents and businesses in Song Hong Diamond City will not only have easy access to the city center but also conveniently connect to large industrial parks in the region such as Pho Noi Industrial Park, Thang Long II Industrial Park, and Yen My Industrial Park. This promotes trade and economic development, helping the area attract workers, residents and investment. In particular, for investors, modern transport infrastructure helps optimize real estate value thanks to high liquidity and potential for price increases in the future.

Road 379 has completed the expansion, currently contractors are installing the lighting system.

Combined with the modern internal utility system, Song Hong Diamond City becomes even more attractive. High-class utilities include commercial systems, shopping, services, education and entertainment areas, all of which are systematically and synchronously planned. By taking advantage of all the above advantages, the project has affirmed its position as an ideal destination for both residents and investors.

Like a “tiger growing wings”, when Me So Bridge comes into operation, the value of Song Hong Diamond City will be significantly increased. The seamless connection with Hanoi via the bridge will shorten the travel time between satellite urban areas and the city center, thereby increasing liquidity and preserving value for investors.

No longer depending on old traffic routes such as Thanh Tri Bridge, Vinh Tuy Bridge, ... will help residents and businesses in Song Hong Diamond City enjoy the benefits of new infrastructure connections, creating many economic development opportunities for the whole region. At the same time, the resonance of the internal factors such as a bustling commercial urban area, the hub of the Song Hong Agricultural Products Market, Me So Bridge, Ring Road 4 will help Song Hong Diamond City promote all its advantages, expand trade, strengthen connectivity, and affirm its solid potential for investors.

Currently, Song Hong Diamond City has an extremely attractive policy for investors: only need to pay 15% of the contract value in the first phase to sign the Sales Contract, until the house is handed over, the remaining 15-20% must be paid. This policy not only creates favorable conditions for investors to participate early in the project but also helps to take advantage of the opportunity to increase value when the surrounding infrastructure continues to be completed, especially before the completion phase of Me So Bridge and Ring Road 4.
