License for 8 locations crossing the road for construction of 500KV power line

Pulling the 500kV line of Nam Dinh I Thermal Power Plant - Pho Noi across National Highway 38B

The Department of Transport of Hai Duong province has completed licensing all road crossing locations under its authority at 8 construction locations of the 500kV transmission line of Nam Dinh I - Pho Noi Thermal Power Plant. These are km14+615 of provincial road 396 (column T227-T228); km12+600 of provincial road 396C (column T236-T237); km11+850 of national highway 38B (column T241-T242); km1+570 of provincial road 392B (column 251-252); km12+100 of provincial road 393 (column T251-T252); km17+855 of provincial road 394 (column T276-T277); km 27+500 of Cuu An river (column T237-T238); km25+500 Sat River (column T292-T293). Particularly at the location at km 35+450 of the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway (column T274-T275), the licensing authority belongs to the Ministry of Transport.

The investor is the Northern Power Project Management Board, which is allowed to pull power cables across provincial roads 396, 396C, 392B, 393, 394, the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway, national highway 38B, Cuu An river, Sat river under the 500kV Nam Dinh I - Pho Noi Thermal Power Plant transmission line project. During the construction process, the unit must have measures to ensure traffic safety for vehicles participating in traffic, and at the same time be fully responsible for labor safety, traffic safety during the construction process... After the construction is completed, the road safety corridor structure must be restored to its original state.
