EVNNPC warns of many fake information websites about power outage schedules in Northern provinces

EVNNPC cited a number of websites that faked power outage schedule information, causing confusion among customers, such as: https://lichcupdien.org/lich-cup-dien-bac-giang; http://blogdao.net; https://lichcatdien.com...

In particular, the website https://lichcatdien.com is described as a tool to look up the schedule of power outages and reductions in provinces and cities in Vietnam. However, this website does not have information about the management unit or operating license.

EVNNPC affirms that the websites at the above mentioned access addresses are not owned by EVNNPC nor any member unit of Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN).

Currently, EVNNPC only owns a website at: https://npc.com.vn . People and customers can look up the schedule of power outages and reductions on the Customer Care Center website at: https://cskh.npc.com.vn .

EVNNPC recommends that customers using electricity when requesting any EVNNPC service only look up information on the website http://cskh.npc.com.vn, CSKH app, text the syntax to the switchboard 8079 or contact the Customer Care Center switchboard 19006769 (with staff on duty 24/7) for answers and support.

In the announcement, EVNNPC also affirmed that, with the spirit of making the highest effort to ensure electricity supply for customers in the context of many difficulties, power units in the North have been maintaining 100% increase in human resources, equipment and being on duty 24/24 hours.

However, at some times it may be unavoidable to have power supply interruptions. EVNNPC hopes that customers will sympathize and share the difficulties with the electricity industry.

Previously, on June 3, Quang Ninh Electricity Company sent a document to the Quang Ninh Department of Information and Communications to verify a fake website announcing a power outage schedule in Ha Long, causing public confusion.

Quang Ninh Electricity Company affirmed that the website lichcatdien.com does not belong to this unit and many social network accounts sharing information from the above website have caused information disturbance and bad public opinion among the people and businesses.
