Towards the 70th anniversary of Vietnam Electricity Industry's Traditional Day on December 21 (1954-2024), Vietnam Electricity Group is implementing the Customer Appreciation Month program in 2024 with the theme "Accompanying customers to use electricity safely, economically and effectively".

The purpose of the program is to show the gratitude of the electricity industry to customers through business activities, customer service and social security activities. Thereby, creating cohesion, directly aiming at supporting and helping people, businesses and customers to use electricity safely, economically and effectively. Ensuring the principle of practicality for people, suitable for the actual conditions of each unit and bringing positive effects.

With the message "Accompanying customers to use electricity safely, economically and effectively", Quang Tri Power Company (PC Quang Tri) has built a column "Customer Appreciation Month 2024" on the website of PC Quang Tri, prominently communicating about customer appreciation activities on the website, fanpage, social media channels of PC Quang Tri, EVNCPC. Along with customer appreciation activities, units carry out communication on media to spread beautiful images and meaningful messages of the program.

In addition to continuing to proactively and synchronously deploy many solutions for management, operation, production and business, successfully completing the goal of ensuring electricity supply to serve the needs of socio-economic development in the area, PC Quang Tri has constantly improved and enhanced service quality through providing online services, electronic transactions, and many gratitude activities have also been carried out by PC Quang Tri.

The Trade Union and Youth Union of Quang Tri PC direct trade union and youth union organizations at the grassroots level to coordinate with the professional units to implement and organize propaganda about the activities of Customer Gratitude Month 2024. Organize awards for 100 customers who won the emulation program "Households save electricity in 2024".

In particular, closely following the theme of the gratitude month, PC Quang Tri focuses on ensuring safe and stable electricity supply to serve customers. Strengthening technical management, checking and maintaining the power grid, being ready to handle incidents, and solutions to ensure quality customer service. Shortening the time to resolve and providing maximum support to customers on electricity services.

One of the activities that PC Quang Tri regularly and focused on during the Customer Appreciation Month 2024 is to visit and give gifts to thank industrial production customers and large electricity consumers who have actively cooperated with the electricity company to sign a commitment to save electricity, make adjustments and shift loads for customers with electricity consumption of 1 million kWh/year or more in 2024.

At the same time, continue to coordinate with customers who have not participated in 2024 to encourage customers to actively participate in 2025. In addition, PC Quang Tri always organizes visits, presents gifts, and shows gratitude to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers; supports poor households, lonely elderly people without support, orphans in difficult circumstances, families affected by natural disasters in facilities and localities that PC Quang Tri sponsors and accepts as siblings, as well as policy families in the province. This is a meaningful and practical activity that has become an annual activity of PC Quang Tri.

In particular, closely following the theme of Customer Appreciation Month 2024, PC Quang Tri promotes the inspection, maintenance, repair and upgrading of power grid infrastructure to improve the quality of electricity supply, helping customers use electricity economically; organize full and regular shifts to ensure safe and continuous electricity supply for people during the 2025 Lunar New Year.
