The inspiration for the design of the project comes from the Gac Ma Memorial, where the underground space with 64 flowers symbolizes the soldiers who sacrificed for the Fatherland. The passionate streams flowing from the motherland, rising up symbolize the indomitable spirit of the people of Khanh Hoa, the people of Vietnam.
