Delegates attended the opening ceremony of the 2023 competition for excellent women's union cadres of Command 86.

Participating in the contest, contestants go through 3 parts: Contest on knowledge of association work; contest on practical skills of association work and contest on aptitude and behavior. Through the contest, the aim is to create a positive change in the awareness, responsibility for leadership and direction of Party committees, commanders, and political agencies towards association work and women's movements; to correctly assess the qualifications and capacity of women's association cadres in agencies and units. From there, leaders and commanders of units have measures to foster knowledge and experience in association work; create conditions for women's associations in the entire 86th Command to exchange, study, and share experiences, improve the quality and effectiveness of women's association activities; at the same time, this is also a step to select and prepare personnel to participate in the Contest for excellent women cadres at the entire army level.
