In the first days of the new year of At Ty, officers and soldiers of Ship 276 (Squadron 132, Brigade 172, Naval Region 3) are making every effort with the highest determination for their training missions, achieving achievements to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Ship's founding (January 21, 2015 - January 21, 2025).
Visiting Ship 276 during the anti-air combat training session, from the command deck, the captain's command resounded loudly and decisively, requiring the units to quickly maneuver to combat positions and report to the command deck. The sound of the engine, the ship's whistle and the commands mixed together, creating an urgent and fierce atmosphere, reflecting the reality of combat.

Captain Le Trung Duc, Captain of Ship 276, shared: “At the beginning of the year, the unit is competing to achieve achievements to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Ship’s establishment. Therefore, each officer and soldier shows high determination and makes every effort in training to successfully complete the competition targets and assigned tasks.”
In fact, the training and combat readiness work at Ship 276 has drawn experience in participating in competitions and sports events in a systematic and effective manner. That is, the Party Committee and the Ship's commanders always focus on propaganda and education work so that soldiers clearly understand the purpose and importance of competitions and sports events. They focus on measures to motivate and encourage soldiers to overcome difficulties and participate in competitions and sports events with the highest spirit. Based on the qualifications of the staff and the quality of the unit's task performance, the Ship's commanders also clearly define the goals and requirements to be achieved through competitions and sports events; linking the results of participation in competitions and sports events with the annual emulation and reward evaluation to motivate each soldier to be determined to achieve the highest results. In particular, competitions and sports events are also an opportunity for officers and soldiers to practice, exchange, learn, and improve their knowledge.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Vu Ngoc Them, Political Commissar of Squadron 132, over the years, Ship 276 has always completed its training and combat readiness missions well and has been one of the bright spots in competitions and sports events of Squadron 132 and Brigade 172.
The results achieved in recent times affirm the continuous efforts of the officers and soldiers of Ship 276 in training, combat readiness and participation in competitions and sports. This is also a testament to the spirit of competition and continuous training, contributing to improving combat capability and cohesion between units in the Navy.
| In 2023 and 2024, Ship 276 was awarded the title "Determined to Win Unit" by the Service Command; the Party Committee of Brigade 172 awarded a certificate of merit to the Party Cell for excellently completing its tasks; participating in competitions and sports events with high results, the Service won 01 Second Prize, 01 Third Prize, 02 Encouragement Prizes; at the Regional level, it won 10 First Prizes, 01 Second Prize, 03 Third Prizes; at the Brigade level, it won 05 First Prizes, 03 Second Prizes, 03 Third Prizes. |
