In addition, in order to strengthen the work of ensuring order during the summer vacation and the 2023 High School Graduation Exam, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City requires schools to effectively exploit the system and application of online communication, messaging systems, and emails to enhance propaganda and dissemination, and education of laws on road, rail, and waterway traffic for students.
In addition, it is necessary to thoroughly educate the management staff, teachers, students and pupils about the regulations on administrative sanctions for those who violate the law when participating in traffic such as not driving after drinking alcohol or beer; not using the phone while driving; wearing a standard helmet when riding a motorbike, motorbike, electric bicycle; wearing a seat belt when sitting in a car; wearing a life jacket when riding a water vehicle...
Leaders of junior high and high schools in the area thoroughly instructed parents to strictly not hand over motorbikes to students without a driver's license or without meeting the conditions prescribed by law during the summer vacation of 2023.
For units assigned to organize entrance and graduation exams in 2023, it is necessary to proactively coordinate with the police and local authorities to have specific plans to ensure traffic safety and order at the unit.
Particularly for affiliated secondary schools and colleges, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City recommends close coordination with the Traffic Safety Committee and relevant local agencies to implement measures to ensure order, traffic safety, and traffic congestion at school gates, while paying attention to, directing, and creating conditions for students to volunteer to participate in supporting traffic guidance during peak exam periods.
