Vietnam Post launches B2B sales training program

In order to improve B2B sales capacity, help sales staff optimize business processes, expand corporate customer base and increase revenue, on March 22, Vietnam Post Corporation opened the B2B sales training program for sales staff.

The program includes 2 main training courses: "B2B Sales Training at Vietnam Post" and "Quickwin Course - Improving B2B Sales Performance of Postal and Delivery Services". The training program is organized in a combination of in-person (250 students) and online (1,850 students), via videoconference and Zoom platform, creating favorable conditions for all leaders and sales staff at Departments/Centers, member units, provincial/city/central Post Offices nationwide to participate. In particular, the program will be directly taught and trained by the Deputy General Director of Vietnam Post Corporation - Mr. Le Quoc Anh.

In particular, the “B2B sales training course at Vietnam Post” is designed to help the leadership team and sales force understand the B2B business model, master the sales process and effectively apply it to the fields of postal delivery, distribution business and postal finance. The training content includes important topics such as: overview of B2B sales, case study on organizing sales teams, building sales scenarios by field, designing Sales Kit to approach customers, managing revenue targets and planning to organize customer conferences.

In parallel, the “Quickwin Course - Improving B2B Sales Performance of Postal and Delivery Services” was developed to identify and improve the ability to approach Key Account customers, helping the leadership team and sales staff master the B2B sales process and increase conversion rates, and practice real-life sales according to the B2B model. The main content of the Course includes: training in Key Account sales thinking; converting from B2C to B2B sales; techniques to identify, approach, and persuade Key Account customers; sales practice & personal feedback.

The two training courses not only provide basic knowledge but also equip practical skills, helping students proactively implement effective B2B business strategies, contributing to improving competitiveness and expanding the market. In addition, the course also helps sales teams improve their ability to approach large customers, optimize the B2B sales process, thereby increasing efficiency and revenue.
