Quang Ngai Provincial Post Office signed a cooperation agreement with the Provincial Police

Quang Ngai Provincial Post Office and the Provincial Police signed a Cooperation Agreement to provide services for receiving dossiers and returning results of administrative procedures (TTHC) under the jurisdiction of the Provincial Police through public postal services. The signing ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement was held on the afternoon of March 18. Attending the signing ceremony were Colonel Hoang Anh Tuan - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police; Director of the Provincial Post Office Phan Thi Hong Minh.

According to the Cooperation Agreement, the Post Office receives and returns the results of administrative procedures to customers in the following areas: Handling complaints and denunciations; issuing criminal records; managing entry and exit; organizing drug rehabilitation and post-rehabilitation management; administrative management of social order; road traffic; fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue.

Receiving documents and returning results of administrative procedure settlement ensure safety, confidentiality, accuracy, integrity of documents, and on time according to regulations. The service of receiving documents and returning results of administrative procedure settlement is given priority during the delivery process to ensure time and safety according to regulations of the Provincial Post Office.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, the Provincial Police Department leader said that the Provincial Police Department's organizational system currently has department-level units, 170 commune, ward and town police stations and the Ly Son Police Station. From March 1, 2025, the Provincial Police Department will receive 3 groups of tasks from departments and branches, including issuing criminal records; testing and issuing driving licenses; organizing drug addiction treatment and post-treatment management.

The signing of the cooperation agreement has the meaning of supplementing and replacing previous cooperation agreements, contributing to more effective implementation of the provision of public postal services to people and businesses in performing administrative procedures under the authority of the Provincial Police. At the same time, it is suitable for new conditions, circumstances, new organizational model, and new tasks of the Provincial Police force.
