Mr. Tran Tuan Hung - leader of the band Buc Tuong - said that currently on popular digital music platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music... Buc Tuong has only released albums Vol 6 ( Nameless Road), Vol 7 ( Balance ) and singles Nhung ngay thang vat vei, XXV.
All the songs released in the previous five albums, Soul of Stone, Invisible, Magnet, Other Days, Vietnam Land , and Wall, and the family of the late musician Tran Lap have not signed a record or agreement to put them on any digital music platform.
The reason the band has not been featured is because Bức Tường wants to bring its audience the best experience in sound and listening environment, along with choosing a reputable publisher.
However, The Wall discovered that songs from five albums Soul of Stone, Invisible, Magnet, Other Days, and Vietnam have appeared on digital music platforms Spotify and Apple Music since November 2023.
Here the song list is messy, incomplete and the sound quality is not good.

According to Buc Tuong, posting songs from five Buc Tuong albums on digital music platforms without the consent of Buc Tuong and the family of the late musician Tran Lap is an act of intellectual property infringement.
On the other hand, poor sound quality is disrespectful to the audience of The Wall and also has a negative impact on the band.
Buc Tuong requests that individuals and organizations illegally posting songs owned by Buc Tuong and the family of the late musician Tran Lap must remove them from these platforms.
In case the songs still exist illegally, the band Buc Tuong will take legal proceedings according to the provisions of law.
Mr. Tuan Hung said he was surprised to see that large units were violating copyright.
Recently, the problem of copyright infringement in the digital environment has become painful and complicated.
