The hotel's experienced chefs will create sumptuous vegetarian feasts with full flavors from Europe to Asia, prepared from vegetables and fresh ingredients, spices and beautifully decorated.
Sushi rolls
Start with light, warming appetizers such as Pumpkin Soup, Japanese Soybean Soup or refreshing dishes such as Fruit Salad, Lotus Root Salad with Lotus Root, Mango Salad with Enoki Mushroom.
