Organizing Committee carefully prepares to welcome international teams

In the very important stage of transportation, the Organizing Committee has covered 100% of the international airfares of Vietnam Airlines for 4 teams from Singapore, Malaysia, Laos and Cambodia. In addition, the Organizing Committee has proactively contacted and received support from security forces, customs, leaders and the Youth Union of Tan Son Nhat International Airport. Thanks to that, the Organizing Committee can send people to coordinate and guide the teams to quickly arrange separate immigration lanes, pick up and send luggage... Phuong Trang 's special vehicles are also given priority to pick up the group, similar to the standards of the Vietnamese teams, helping the teams to move between the hotel and the airport, completing procedures in the fastest time.

In particular, to facilitate communication between the teams and to carry out logistics during training, competition and sideline activities, the Organizing Committee has established a team of volunteers who are fluent in foreign languages. They are all young people with good skills to support the 4 teams full-time.

In addition to the English-speaking volunteers for the two teams from Malaysia and Singapore, the Organizing Committee arranged two Lao and Cambodian volunteers for the two remaining teams, Life University (Cambodia) and Lao University. These two special volunteers are both studying and working in Vietnam, speaking fluent Vietnamese and English in addition to their native languages to help our two neighboring teams feel most comfortable and familiar.

In addition to training and competition, all 4 international teams are taken care of carefully, from food to sleep at 2 hotels Dong Khanh and Thien Hong, both of which belong to the Saigontourist Group system. These are luxurious accommodations, with a lot of experience in welcoming domestic and international sports delegations, located right in the center of District 5, very convenient for teams to travel to the stadium as well as visit tourist attractions in Ho Chi Minh City.

Mr. Tran Minh Tan, Head of Sales Department of Dong Khanh Hotel, said: "We are very honored to be the accommodation for the teams participating in the 2025 International TNSV - THACO Cup. Up to now, all preparations have been almost completed, to help Vietnamese and international players find comfort, recovery and the best rest during the tournament. In particular, the hotel has discussed to create a detailed menu list to help Muslim athletes supplement nutrition at meals at 3am, because they are in the fasting month of Ramadan. We are actively coordinating with the Organizing Committee, so that all members staying at Dong Khanh Hotel feel comfortable as if they were at home".
