To have textbooks appraised, organizations and individuals must register the quantity and name of textbook samples, subjects, and educational activities compiled according to the 2018 General Education Program to the Ministry of Education and Training before April 15.
The Ministry of Education and Training said that the number of textbook samples of each subject and educational activity registered is the basis for the Ministry of Education and Training to receive applications for textbook appraisal.
The appraisal request dossier includes: Number of textbook samples, explanation of the textbook sample proposed for appraisal (name of textbook, assignment of tasks and responsibilities of the editor-in-chief, editor-in-chief if the textbook has an editor-in-chief, editor-in-chief, author; purpose of compilation, objects and scope of use; structure, content; compilation process); process, experimental results, acceptance of comments and evaluations of textbook samples from scientists, educators, teachers; program distribution.
Each textbook sample requesting appraisal requires 15 sets of documents. The Ministry of Education and Training said it will receive appraisal documents from 8:30 to 11:00 on June 20.
