In the initial verification, A09 determined that Mr. Dang Tat Thang was born on October 29, 1981, in Quang Trung Commune (Phu Xuyen District, Hanoi); permanently residing in Tho Nhuom (Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi); residing at FLC apartment building No. 265 Cau Giay (Dich Vong Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi). A09 determined that Mr. Dang Tat Thang was the accused, and his current whereabouts were unknown, so it was necessary to organize a search to serve the inspection and verification of the case. A09 requested the Office of the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency, the Department of Professional Records, the Department of Immigration Management and the police of Tran Hung Dao and Dich Vong wards to coordinate in the search. When you see Mr. Thang, please immediately report to A09 at 254 Nguyen Trai (Nguyen Cu Trinh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City), or phone number: 0693336068 and 0693336603. Previously, on Thang Dang's personal Facebook with a blue tick, Mr. Dang Tat Thang said that Mr. Duong Cong Minh, Chairman of Sacombank, was banned from leaving the country due to his involvement in the Van Thinh Phat case. Responding to a question from a Thanh Nien reporter on this issue, Lieutenant General To An Xo, spokesman for the Ministry of Public Security, said that the act of providing false information will be regulated by the Law on Cyber Security, the Criminal Law, the Civil Law and other relevant regulations, in the spirit that all those who violate the law will be dealt with by law, without forbidden areas or exceptions. "The lesson learned is that false and toxic information must be handled promptly. Agencies and organizations need to promptly provide refuting information. At the same time, coordinate with functional units to handle according to legal regulations; strengthen propaganda and guidance for people," said Mr. Xo.
