On the morning of February 26, the Quang Xuong District Military Service Council held a military enlistment ceremony for 2024.
Provincial Party Secretary Do Trong Hung encouraged young people of Quang Xuong district to set out on the mission of protecting the Fatherland.
Provincial Party Secretary Do Trong Hung, leaders of Military Region IV Command and provincial leaders attended the military enlistment ceremony in Quang Xuong district.
Attending the ceremony were comrades: Do Trong Hung, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Dao Xuan Buong, Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 4; Le Van Dien, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches, leaders of Quang Xuong district; representatives of military units receiving soldiers and people, relatives of new soldiers in Quang Xuong area.
In 2024, Quang Xuong district will have 194 new recruits joining the army, of which 172 will join the Army and 22 young men will join the Police force, at the following units: Army Corps 12; Air Defense Service; Provincial Military Command; Provincial Border Guard Command; Ceremonial Delegation of the General Staff and the Ministry of Public Security.

To effectively carry out the military service work to ensure sufficient quantity and quality, Quang Xuong district has strictly implemented the work of selecting and calling citizens to join the army, propagating and disseminating the Law on Military Service, organizing visits and encouraging young people to go to the front lines to defend the Fatherland.
Thanks to good recruitment and propaganda work, Quang Xuong district achieved 100% of the target assigned by the Provincial People's Committee. The young men who joined the army met the requirements of political qualities, health and education level. Among the young men who joined the army, there were 17 party members.
Provincial Party Secretary Do Trong Hung presented gifts to the military unit and youth of Quang Xuong district who were leaving to carry out the task of protecting the Fatherland.
Provincial Party Secretary Do Trong Hung encouraged soldiers to get on the bus to return to their units.
The ceremony took place solemnly. After the traditional fire lighting and drum beating rituals, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Do Trong Hung and leaders of Military Region IV, provincial leaders, and leaders of Quang Xuong district presented flowers and gifts to encourage the new soldiers to be excited and confident to join the army.
