Information from the National Business Registration Portal shows that Big Cat Company Limited was established on December 6, 2021. The company is headquartered in a building in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.

The main business of the enterprise is organizing trade introduction and promotion. Some other business lines registered by the enterprise are creative activities, arts and entertainment, photography activities, training of singers and actors, production of television programs, post-production activities, distribution of movies, videos and television programs.

At the time of establishment, the company had a charter capital of 3 billion VND. Of which, Digital Content Center Company Limited contributed 2.4 billion VND, equivalent to 80% of the charter capital. Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh contributed 600 million VND, equivalent to 20% of the charter capital. The legal representative and Director at that time was Mr. Pham Minh Tien (born in 1994).

By July 2024, these two positions were transferred to Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan (born in 1987). In November 2024, the company moved its headquarters to District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

About Digital Content Center Company Limited, this company was established on December 29, 2017 with the main business line being advertising. The company is headquartered at Sacombank building, Ben Tre branch, Ben Tre city, Ben Tre province.

The charter capital at the time of establishment of the enterprise was 10 billion VND. Of which, Yeah1 Network Vietnam Company Limited contributed 9 billion VND (equivalent to 90%) and Dragon Entertainment Joint Stock Company contributed 1 billion VND.

At this time, the Chairman of the Board of Members and legal representative is Mr. Nguyen Anh Nhuong Tong. Mr. Nhuong Tong is also the founder of Yeah1 Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: YEG). As of September 30, 2024, Yeah 1 Group owns 100% of Yeah1 Network Vietnam Company Limited.
