Arrested pawn shop employee and took him to a secluded place to assault him.

On August 18, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that Hoang Hoa District Police had arrested 3 subjects for illegal detention.

The subjects include: Hoang Van Bon (born in 1992, in But Son town, Hoang Hoa district), Nguyen Huu Hoang (born in 1994, in Hoang Dong commune, Hoang Hoa district) and Tran Dinh Linh (born in 2006, in Quynh Loc commune, Hoang Mai town, Nghe An province) for the act of illegal detention.

According to the police, Hoang Van Bon had previously pawned his motorbike at a pawnshop in But Son town, Hoang Hoa district for 5 million VND.

Because he had not paid enough money, when Bon sent someone to pick up the pawned car, Mr. LHN, an employee of the pawn shop, refused to return the car.

Thinking that Mr. N. deliberately refused to return the motorbike to him, Hoang Van Bon, Nguyen Huu Hoang and Tran Dinh Linh went to Mr. N.'s rented room, forced him onto a motorbike, then took him to a deserted place to beat him.

Only when Mr. N. showed them where to get the motorbike did the subjects release Mr. N.

The incident is being investigated and clarified by the police.
