According to Engadget , the horror game collection Layers of Fear has an official release date of June 15. The news comes after the game's demo was officially released on Steam.
Layers of Fear Remake Coming in June
The upcoming title will include remasters of the original Layers of Fear and Layers of Fear 2 , along with various DLCs and a brand new chapter to provide a new perspective on the original game's story. The collection will launch on PC (via Steam), PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
This remaster will bring a major graphical overhaul, as each game is created with Unreal Engine 5, bringing advanced graphical features like ray tracing, HDR, and volumetric lighting.

The original Layers of Fear game was released in 2016 and is widely regarded as one of the best horror games of recent years, thanks to its expertly crafted, suspenseful, and terrifying storyline. The sequel is also a fan favorite, changing the setting from a creepy Victorian mansion to a haunted ocean liner.
Currently, the game's developer Bloober Team is also busy creating a remake of Silent Hill 2 .
