Microsoft 365 Copilot interface

Copilot was first introduced by Microsoft as Bing Chat, an AI-powered chat feature on the Microsoft Bing search engine and Microsoft Edge web browser in early 2023. Copilot has since been integrated into the Microsoft ecosystem of products and solutions such as Microsoft 365 for familiar office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive and Outlook, helping users and businesses increase productivity and foster creativity.

Microsoft 365 Copilot can tap into different sources of information at work, from email content, documents, meetings, and notes, to summarize, outline content, brainstorm ideas, and build reports or presentations.

Microsoft’s Work Trends Index study found that 70% of Microsoft 365 Copilot users are more productive and 68% have seen improved work quality. Specifically, 85% of respondents said Copilot helped them get to a first draft faster, 75% said Copilot saved them time, and for those not in meetings, Copilot helped them capture content nearly 4x faster.

Ms. Nguyen Quynh Tram, General Director of Microsoft Vietnam, said: "AI is shaping the way people work, create and interact. With Microsoft 365 Copilot, we not only provide an intelligent and secure assistant at work but also help redefine the way to work more effectively - from simplifying complex tasks, intelligently exploiting data to personalizing content. Our mission is to create conditions for every organization, business and Vietnamese people to exploit the full potential of AI, ensuring that this technology brings practical values, improves work efficiency and promotes creativity".

Specifically, aiming to help users in Vietnam make better use of AI technology, Microsoft 365 Copilot has officially supported Vietnamese, helping users of all ages and levels to fully experience Copilot's advanced features without encountering language barriers. This is an important step to create a strong connection between technology and native languages, contributing to improving digital skills for Vietnamese users.

After two years, Microsoft 365 Copilot has become popular and is used by many organizations around the world. Nearly 70% of Fortune 500 companies are using Microsoft 365 Copilot, and 77% of those who have used Microsoft 365 Copilot say they wouldn't go back to a time when they didn't use this tool.
