According to the decision of the Ministry of National Defense, Colonel Hoang Quoc Hoan, Chief of Political Affairs of the Navy General Staff, was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Political Commissar of the Naval Region 5 Command, replacing Colonel Le Van Huong, Deputy Political Commissar of the Naval Region 5 Command, who was transferred and appointed by the Ministry of National Defense as Deputy Political Commissar of the Navy.
