In 2024, the Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch will coordinate with departments, agencies, unions and local authorities to effectively implement policy credit programs and assigned tasks according to the resolution of the Board of Directors. Total lending turnover reached more than 1,100 billion VND, with over 25,500 poor households and other policy beneficiaries receiving loans; raising the total outstanding debt of credit programs to more than 3,817 billion VND, an increase of 307 billion VND compared to the beginning of the year, completing 99% of the growth rate. The entrusted activities of socio-political organizations, commune transaction points, and Savings and Loan Groups continue to be consolidated and improved; the work of urging, collecting, handling, managing debts, and preventing bad debts from arising is of interest and focus.

In 2025, the Executive Board - Board of Directors of the Provincial Branch of the Bank for Social Policies set a target of striving to complete over 99% of the assigned growth plan, 100% of communes, wards and towns have good credit quality and commune transaction activities; the number of borrowers participating in depositing money through the Savings and Loan Group reaches 98% or more and the annual interest rate reaches over 100%...
Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that, based on the assessment of the achieved results, difficulties and limitations, the Board of Directors at all levels, departments, branches and associations, and the provincial branch of the Bank for Social Policies continue to enhance their coordination role, focusing on the successful implementation of social credit in 2025. Fully and promptly implement policies and guidelines on preferential credit according to resolutions and decisions of higher levels; develop a specific roadmap for the growth of local budget capital entrusted to the Bank for Social Policies Branch to ensure the annual plan; increase capital mobilization from organizations, individuals and deposits of members of the Savings and Loan Groups to achieve the set plan. Regularly review poor households, near-poor households, and households with average living standards according to regulations to access loans; speed up the disbursement progress to beneficiaries when the central government allocates capital. Develop solutions to strengthen and improve credit quality, recover and reduce overdue debts, and strengthen inspection and supervision of capital management and use. Continue to effectively implement Directive No. 40-CT/TW of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership over social credit; press agencies increase propaganda on the Government's preferential credit policies and guidelines.
