Bac Ninh will build a 1,500 billion VND road connecting industrial parks.

(Dan Tri) - The DT.295C and DT.285B road projects connecting Bac Ninh city through industrial parks with the new National Highway 3, DT.277B road connecting with Ha Bac 2 bridge, and Ring Road 4 have a total investment of nearly 1,500 billion VND.
The environmental impact assessment (EIA) report of the project "Investment in provincial roads DT.295C, DT.285B connecting Bac Ninh city through industrial parks with the new National Highway 3; DT.277B connecting with Ha Bac 2 bridge, Ring Road 4 (adjusted)" has just been consulted by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment with the community, showing that the total investment capital of the project is about 1,496 billion VND. The Bac Ninh Urban Development Area Management Board (project owner) said that in December 2021, the People's Council of Bac Ninh province issued a resolution approving the investment policy.

The total length of the route is about 18.44km, with a design speed of 60km/h. Of which, provincial route DT.295C is over 2.4km long, starting at the intersection with Lac Long Quan Street, Kinh Bac Ward, Bac Ninh City and ending at the intersection with DT.285B Street, Van An Ward, Bac Ninh City. Provincial route DT.285B is over 11km long, starting at the intersection with DT.295C Street in Van An Ward, Bac Ninh City and ending at the intersection with the new National Highway 3, Tam Giang Commune, Yen Phong District. Route DT.277B is over 4.9km long, starting from the intersection with DT.285B Street, Thuy Hoa Commune and ending at Ha Bac 2 Bridge (Bac Giang Province is investing in construction). The EIA shows that along the entire route, a 770m-long Ngu Huyen Khe River overpass (on DT.295C road) will be built and 8 traffic intersections will be built. Regarding sensitive environmental factors, the investor said that the project scope covers 9 communes/wards in Bac Ninh province: Van An ward, Hoa Long ward (Bac Ninh city); Thuy Hoa, Tam Giang, Dong Tien, Yen Trung, Tam Da, Dung Liet, Dong Phong communes (Yen Phong district). In addition, the project passes through residential areas concentrated along existing roads such as: Xuan Vien village, Duong Xa 1 residential area, Cau river dike residential area, Dong Dai Lam hamlet, Dong Thon village, Thuong village residential area and Duc Ly village. "These residential areas are located 10-55m from the road. These households have lived and settled on the current land for a long time, the structure of the houses is mainly level 4 houses and flat-roofed houses. The main economic activities are small business - trading, working in factories and agriculture," the EIA report said. The road is expected to be completed after 36 months of construction. "When completed and put into use, the project will connect not only with localities in the province but also other localities and provinces in the region, forming an interconnecting belt connecting industrial parks. Thereby contributing to completing the transport network, promoting economic development and goods exchange," the EIA report stated expectations.
