Mrs. Thuy wants to live with her daughter's family, even though she openly despises her son-in-law.

After Mr. Nhan's (Meritorious Artist Vo Hoai Nam) visit, Thao (Ngoc Huyen) and Nghia (Tuan Tu) both changed.

Thao and her friend decided to move in with Phi in the house he rented from his relatives. Phi was very comfortable with this, but Dieu Anh - his capricious girlfriend - was very surprised when she heard about this.

In episode 7 of "Dad's Gift", Thao moves into Phi's house.

In the countryside, Mr. Nhan was advised by his neighbor: "Just leave them alone, let them swim by themselves to grow up." Usually gentle, this time Mr. Nhan responded harshly:

Mrs. Thuy (NSND Minh Hoa) had an accident because of her habit of wearing high heels, so Quyen (Huong Giang) advised her to get rid of these shoes. However, Mrs. Thuy blamed the slippery floor and the fact that she had to live alone:

"It's not high heels, it's the slippery floor. Even though you have a lot of children, you always have to live alone."

Seeing that, Nghia suggested taking his mother-in-law to the doctor, but she coldly said: "Okay, I'm better now, you go home and take care of your own business." Being rejected by his mother-in-law, Nghia quietly left the room. As soon as his son-in-law left, Mrs. Thuy was asked by Quyen to go live with her husband, but she immediately objected:

"Don't mention him in front of me. I've thought it over, from tomorrow I'll come to your house to eat with you." Even worse, she asserted: "I want to have a proper identity, not be known as someone who eats for free."

Mrs. Thuy insisted on eating with her daughter and her husband.

Meanwhile, in order to "get rid of bad luck" for Hieu (Duy Khanh), Ninh secretly repainted his truck red. When he woke up and saw the front of the truck painted red, Hieu could only panic: "Huh, what did you do to my truck like this?".
