Ben said the perfect combination of sweet, salty, sour, crunchy and smoky flavors makes grilled beef wrapped in betel leaves "one of the best things on the planet." Banh xeo is the next dish that makes Ben fascinated. "Compared to American-style banh xeo, Vietnamese banh xeo is more sophisticated and sophisticated," the male tourist commented.
