The worker did not believe he won the Vietlott jackpot of nearly 70 billion VND.

On the afternoon of May 24, a representative of the Vietnam Computerized Lottery Company (Vietlott) - Ministry of Finance said that this unit had just awarded a jackpot prize worth nearly 70 billion VND to Mr. NTD (living in Hai Phong).

Mr. D. was the lucky winner of the 1,199th draw of the Mega 6/45 product with the numbers: 08 – 22 – 27 – 29 – 39 – 43. This ticket was purchased by Mr. D. at point of sale 403 Da Nang (Hai An district, Hai Phong city). Thus, after deducting personal income tax according to regulations, Mr. D. will actually receive nearly 63 billion VND.

Mr. D. is the person who won the biggest Jackpot in Hai Phong since Vietlott started doing business here.

Mr. D. said that he is currently working as a worker in Dinh Vu Industrial Park, Hai Phong. He is a regular buyer of Vietlott lottery tickets. He has a habit of buying many times and when he has free time, he will check the lottery results.

On May 17, Mr. D. went to the point of sale to buy a lottery ticket and buy more tickets for the following draws. That same evening, Mr. D. read on Vietlott's Fanpage that someone had won the prize in Hai Phong, but he didn't think it was him so he didn't check.

On the night of May 19, Mr. D. had some free time and sat down to check his lottery ticket. Only then did he know he had won and shared the good news with his wife.

Mr. D. shared that he will use part of the bonus to help his parents and siblings. He will temporarily save the rest to plan for reasonable use in the future.

At the award ceremony, Mr. D. donated 1 billion VND to Tam Tai Viet Social Fund to contribute to social security work.
