At the same time, proactively providing capital quickly and promptly helps people have capital to develop, innovate livestock, farming and modern production activities, thereby improving output and quality of agricultural products, increasing income and creating conditions to improve life from the family's production model, contributing significantly to the process of economic restructuring in each locality. From Agribank's capital, many large-scale agricultural production models, applying high technology have been and are being formed in all regions of Vietnam, creating a chain of agricultural production links, contributing to creating agricultural products of high quality and value, bringing practical efficiency. Specifically, the model of growing vegetables, flowers and fruits (Lam Dong); large-scale fields (Can Tho); livestock (Bac Ninh, Lao Cai, Ha Nam); investing in machinery and equipment for agriculture (Tien Giang, Long An); corn (Son La); safe fruits and vegetables in the Central Highlands provinces (Dak Nong, Kon Tum); dragon fruit according to VietGAP standards (Binh Thuan)... On August 8, 2024, at the Ceremony to announce and honor the Outstanding Vietnamese Bank 2024 held in Ho Chi Minh City. Agribank was honored with 3 titles, including the award "Outstanding Bank for the Community".

Agribank has launched the tree planting movement "1 million trees - More trees, more life" to contribute to the implementation of the Prime Minister's initiative "Planting 1 billion trees in 5 years". Tree planting and tree donation activities in many localities have contributed to increasing forest coverage, creating environmental landscapes and preventing erosion, landslides, natural disasters, etc. In addition, supporting seedlings has helped local people promote the development of the forest economy, increase production, and escape poverty. Agribank's seedlings have been growing to protect the country's lands and forests. In 2023, Agribank organized an online race "For a green future" to raise funds with the participation of staff, employees, customers, partners, and the community. The total achievements of 35,000 athletes participating in the Race were converted by Agribank into a budget of 35 billion VND in the social security budget to finance activities for the community and environmental protection. Accompanying the implementation of national target programs on environmental protection and climate change response, Agribank cooperated with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam to provide capital for projects: Sustainable development of 1 million hectares of high-quality rice cultivation and low emission reduction associated with green growth in the Mekong Delta by 2030; coastal resources for sustainable development; disaster risk management; clean water supply and rural sanitation in the Red River Delta; wind power; The fight against drought and salinity in the Mekong Delta... From Agribank's capital, many renewable energy, wind power and solar power projects have been formed. Agribank's green capital has helped maintain and develop green energy projects that are friendly to the environment. With 36 years of building and developing, Agribank has implemented many meaningful social and charitable programs and activities, contributing to ensuring social security, towards the community and for the development of the community. On the occasion of Lunar New Year every year, Agribank regularly organizes the program "Joining hands for the poor" so that people can have a full and warm Tet; presents solidarity houses to policy households; visits and presents gifts to a number of nursing centers for war invalids and people with revolutionary contributions. Healthcare and education are areas in which Agribank pays regular attention and support. Every year, Agribank coordinates with central and local hospitals to organize medical examinations and provide medicine for policy families and people in difficult circumstances, and supports funding for building medical facilities and equipping equipment. Units in the entire Agribank system launch voluntary blood donation movements, and all staff and employees actively participate with over 2,000 units of blood per year. During the complicated development of the Covid-19 epidemic, Agribank supported more than 300 billion VND to support the epidemic prevention and control work for localities and frontline agencies. The funding for investment in construction, repair, and upgrading of school buildings, and equipment to improve teaching and learning conditions each year also amounts to tens of billions of VND. Social security projects that Agribank has invested large amounts of money in in the education sector include: Thanh Tam Kindergarten (Thach Thanh district, Thanh Hoa) with 7 billion VND sponsored by Agribank for construction; Tan Binh 1 Primary School (Phung Hiep district, Hau Giang) with a total investment of 5 billion VND, 100% funded by Agribank; Thach Lac Kindergarten project (Thach Ha district, Ha Tinh) worth 5 billion VND... Accompanying the improvement of teaching and learning facilities, since 2020, Agribank has implemented the program of donating bookcases and learning equipment "More letters, less poverty" in difficult areas, remote areas with limited facilities, up to now, it has been donated in 61 provinces and cities with a budget of more than 12.5 billion VND.
