Vietcombank launches "Voice balance notification" feature (Voice OTT) on VCB Digibank

In order to increase convenience for customers, Vietcombank has just launched the Voice OTT feature, helping customers using the VCB Digibank application receive voice notifications of balance changes. The feature is especially suitable for sellers and business owners.

With the advantages of being completely free, quick installation, no need to link to a third-party application, balance fluctuation notification via phone speaker, notification via phone speaker without opening the app and phone screen; easily connecting the phone to a Bluetooth speaker to play louder sound... Voice OTT application will bring customers interesting experiences.

Accordingly, customers can register to use voice balance notifications with just a few extremely simple steps as follows: Access VCB Digibank -> Search for "Voice OTT" (or go to Voice OTT settings) -> register.

To use this feature, customers should update to the latest version of VCB Digibank to use Voice OTT; need to turn off silent mode and allow VCB Digibank application to send notifications on the phone.
