Specifically, to prepare for the year-end shopping season and Lunar New Year 2024, AEON Vietnam plans to recruit nearly 1,500 part-time employees nationwide.
In order to attract part-time employees during the Lunar New Year, the company has a special salary and welfare regime, specifically: within 20 days before Tet, seasonal employees working in these positions will receive 150% of their salary and when working on holidays, employees will receive 400% of their salary according to the provisions of the Labor Law (Based on Point c, Clause 1, Article 97 and Clause 1, Article 115 of the Labor Code).
For regular seasonal employees: in addition to monthly salary according to the labor contract, employees also receive monthly diligence bonuses, 13th and 14th month salaries and bonuses based on year-end business results.
