ABBANK changes senior personnel

On August 10, 2023, the Board of Directors (BOD) of ABBANK has just decided to accept the resignation of the position of Deputy General Director, who will assume the duties and powers of the General Director from Ms. Le Thi Bich Phuong according to her personal wishes. Ms. Le Thi Bich Phuong will undertake other tasks of the Bank assigned by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors of ABBANK also decided to appoint Mr. Pham Duy Hieu - Member of the Personnel Committee as Deputy General Director and assign him to assume the duties and powers of the General Director of ABBANK from August 10, 2023.

Mr. Pham Duy Hieu was assigned to assume the duties and powers of General Director of ABBANK from August 10, 2023.

Mr. Pham Duy Hieu, born in 1978, graduated with a Master's degree in finance, money circulation and credit from the National Economics University. He is currently a member of the Human Resources Committee, focusing on training managers and supporting the implementation of ABBANK's "Cultural Journey".

Previously, Mr. Hieu was also assigned by the Board of Directors of ABBANK to participate in the management of the Bank in the positions of Deputy General Director and General Director, leading ABBANK to complete the business plan targets assigned by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors believes that Mr. Hieu's return to the management position will unite with the Board of Directors, functional units of the Head Office, Business Units and all employees to promote credit growth, improve operational efficiency, control bad debt well, strive towards the strategic goals assigned by the Board of Directors; create positive changes in strengthening the system and creating the premise for implementing future development steps.
