8 most searched Vietnamese tourist destinations on Google 2024

Google has just announced the Google Year In Search 2024 list based on Vietnamese search trends. Of which, 8/10 of the most popular tourist destinations in 2024 are domestic destinations.

The Google Year In Search 2024 list announced on December 13 includes 7 typical topics: "Most prominent general search trends", "AI tools", "Movies", "Travel", "Concerts", "Skills" and "How to". This is the list showing the trends and information that Vietnamese people are most interested in and searched for the most in the past year.

For the "Tourism" field, the 10 keywords that Vietnamese people are particularly interested in are Malaysia, Vinh Hy, Hoi An, Con Son Can Tho, Gia Lai, Europe, Da Lat, Thuy Chau Tourist Area, Da Nang, Vietnam.

Google said that the appearance of 8 domestic tourist destinations in the topic "Travel" shows that users are increasingly interested in domestic tourist destinations. This is a welcome sign, demonstrating the growth and development potential of Vietnam's tourism industry.

The destinations sought by Vietnamese people mostly possess unique natural landscapes and many interesting experiences for tourists. Among them, Vinh Hy - one of the four most beautiful bays in Vietnam, is located in Vinh Hai commune, Ninh Hai district, Ninh Thuan province. This place has one side facing the sea, the other sides bordering Nui Chua National Park, possessing majestic mountain scenery, clear sea bays, and abundant seafood.

Famous places popular with domestic and foreign tourists such as Hoi An, Da Lat, Da Nang are also on the list.
